Frequently Asked Questions

We know you might have some questions about our concrete pour or residential or commercial services. Find answers to frequently asked questions.

  • Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we provide free estimates for all of our services; simply contact us at 305-218-2467 and we’d be happy to assist you.

  • Can you deliver on short notice?

Yes, in most cases we can provide same-day delivery.

  • Why is concrete the better alternative than asphalt?

Although asphalt may be a little more economical than concrete, a good-quality concrete driveway will last about 30 years with little to no maintenance. On the other hand, asphalt driveways will need periodic sealing coats to prevent cracking.

  • What causes concrete to crack?

By nature, concrete shrinks as it hardens. When placed on supporting soil or around steel reinforcement, the concrete mass is prevented from shrinking.

  • Do cracks in the concrete indicate a structural problem?

In most cases, no. Cracks that have movement relative to the opposite side should be investigated by an engineer.
